Publication Ethics
SBR operates a double-blind review process. Research manuscripts will initially be assessed by a team of managing editors. Manuscripts deemed suitable are sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality. Reviewers do not make the final decision to reject or accept the manuscript but they recommend a decision. Editors consider the feedback provided by reviewers in the manuscript and together with the chief editor a decision is made. Editors of SBR are responsible and fully authorized to give rejection, modification, or acceptance of the manuscript to the author based on the quality of the manuscript. The editor's decision is final.
While the advice and information in this journal are believed to be true and accurate on the date of its going to press, neither the authors, the editors, nor the publisher can accept any legal responsibility for any errors or omissions that may be made. The publisher makes no warranty, express or implied, for the material contained herein. Paper submission is any time. SBR uses a rolling submission process, allowing authors to submit at any time during the year without time restraints. The manuscript must be original work that is not under submission to another journal or under consideration for publication in another form such as a chapter of a book.
The manuscript must be from original work that is not under submission to another journal or under consideration for publication in another form such as a chapter of a book. Authors of submitted manuscripts are obligated not to submit their manuscript for publication elsewhere until an editorial decision is rendered. SBR is published in an Open Access platform.
