Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety, occupational health and motivation on employee performance at PT. Citra Bina Niaga Pekanbaru. The data has been collected by administering questionnaire as well as interviews, and the sample comprises 42 respondents is determined through saturation (census) method. Multiple linear regression is used to analyze the data with F test and t test to find out the effect collectively and partial influence between the variables studied. The results of this study show simultaneously that the variables of occupational safety, occupational health and motivation affect the performance of employees at PT. Citra Bina Niaga Pekanbaru. Partial testing of motivation variables has a significant effect on employee performance, while work safety and occupational health variables have no significant effect on employee performance.
